The trading hours are just not reasonable for a collection centre specially when they are closed the whole weekend. I have to leave my work and come here to collect my parcel every time! I would be more convenient if they were open for at least a few hours on Saturdays.

Over 7 times in 6 months Australia Post Paid Contract Parcel delivery dumped my parcels in the garden at the front of the house. They are disgusting and should not retain any business contracts. The delivery person whom I have never met because they never ring the doorbell. They just dump your parcel at front of property near letterbox but not within site of the house but clear as you walk past the driveway. They left 3 x 18 kilo cardboard boxes clearly marked dog food dry pellets in the rain, across our driveway stopping my 86 yr mother from going to her medical appointment. Seriously if this happened 1 or twice a year I would be annoyed. But every parcel delivery paid to deliver to the door has been dumped in the garden or if too big to toss lightly then left strewn across the driveway. Hopefully, either my mother or I find the parcels before someone walks past and decides to take. I have stopped purchasing from any business that uses Australia Post for Parcel delivery. Pet Circle have already reported this lazy drop kick for not doing their job but it seems it does not bother them. This is just plain wilfully lazy bludging claimi9ng a wage for not doing the work.

Probably the postie's fault for stuffing up the paperwork but I can't believe it takes > 30 mins to attempt to locate a parcel with a BARCODE that has been tracked to this building.
