Interesting!! I get an email saying I have to collect my parcel due to no one being home to receive it. That's odd there were 2 of us on the premises all day. I'm calling either bs or you went to wrong address... And if someone infact did come why was there no calling card left??????

Rubbish, not entirely their fault as the delivery people leave them parcels without attempting delivery. If you can use a parcel locker instead.

Lovely local glad they open on Saturdays.
There has been lots of problems with parcel lockers and parcel deliveries.  Unfortunately. I've witnessed myself people abusing the staff thinking it's their fault which it isn't, it's Aust Post overall, thank you for the service you provide me Balgowlah post
