Grant and the team are amazing! In addition to being incredibly flexible and accommodating, the results speak for themselves. I fractured the ball of my humerus where it hits the shoulder joint, and by week 10 I had 85% of my range of motion back. By week 12 I was back on the paddle board and at 99%. Follow the exercises and show up for appointments, and they'll get you through recovery as quickly as possible.

I went to see the team for a back injury which left me in excruciating pain and immobilised, within days of visiting Grant I began feeling better and was able to return to work. The team not only look at healing any injuries but also give you exercises to help strengthen you to prevent future injuries. I can’t recommend Grant and team highly enough, they are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They genuinely care about their patients and are truly invested in getting people over their injuries.

I have been seeing Grant for almost 6 months and I still see and feel visible improvements with every visit. Grant and the team are always willing to spend that extra bit of time to get the most out of each session. I would highly recommend this practice.

Excellent. They were efficient, friendly and professional. But most importantly they correctly identified and fixed my problem. It had been troubling me for three months - fixed after three visits. Highly recommended.

Been coming to Grant for years. Always managed to get results with him for various conditions and injuries . Recently had neck adjustment which completely stopped dizzy spells which had been occurring for almost 18 months. Highly recommended.
