I had a very positive experience at this Service NSW branch. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They clearly understood the process and handled everything smoothly without any issues.nnThe whole process was quick and straightforward, and everything was completed in just a few minutes. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made it.nnThank you to the team for being helpful and well-informed. This is how service should be.
I had a bad experience at the counter with a woman blonde-haired staff member. I asked for help with my RSA competency card and provided all the required 100 points of ID, she said my documents were not correct and could not be accepted, but she did not explain clearly what was missing or provide any helpful advice.nnI went to another Service NSW location and they checked my documents, which were correct, and I was able to complete the process. I was disappointed with the service I received because I felt I was not given proper assistance or guidance. I hope this feedback can help improve customer service in the future.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this Service NSW branch.nnOn multiple occasions, I have experienced poor communication, dismissive attitudes, and a lack of accountability when trying to resolve my WWCC, NDIS and license matters. During my licence transfer from another state, I was given unclear and inconsistent information, completed the required steps, and was still issued an expired licence in the mail.nnI also attempted to apply for a Photo Card at the same time. Instead of clearly explaining the process, the staff member instructed me to cross out my selection and initial it, without informing me that this would cancel the Photo Card application entirely. I only discovered afterwards that it had not been processed.nnWhat was most disappointing was the staff member’s attitude throughout the interaction. I felt rushed, dismissed, and uncomfortable asking further questions because my concerns were treated as an inconvenience rather than being properly addressed.nnWhen dealing with important government documentation, customers should be able to rely on accurate advice and professional service. Unfortunately, this branch has repeatedly failed to provide either.
