Today I got excellent service. The lady in the counter fixed my issue with care. Took time to check and confirm everything. Last month FEB didn't get good service as one of the Indian lady was rude and not willing call appropriate person to fix the same issue. That Indian lady took my contact no and email but didn't contact me at all to inform that the current state. I had to call NSW service and explained all to get the confirmation. The Indian lady needs to prove her efficiency and passion to serve the customers. It's not free service she gets salary for that.

Friendly staff, however anything to do with interstate transfer of registration and licenses seems to be poorly understood and mismanaged by them. An average of 3 visits required to close out any particular item I've gone in for. Do your own research of requirements (for both parties) before heading in so you can talk them through it if required.

Thought it's amazing, at first. Was getting my German licence validated towards NSW licence. Got the licence in 4 days, but with irrelevant restriction from full A (motorcycle) to 160ml one. The feeling is really not great..

From the first moment I walked in, the Indian lady was extremely rude and impolite, the way she talked was like she was doing favours for everyone. She seemed to know what she was talking about but with a super ineffective, and offensive manner. After asking me to print out some visa documents, which took me about 30mins queueing and waiting for computers, I came back to her and she said ‘we cannot do it for you today’ and the gentleman next to me was super irritated after waiting for 45 mins as well. This place is totally hopeless

Usually I absolutely fear going in to a service centre, this time I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by a nice man who pointed me in the right direction immediately. The lady behind the counter was really helpful and precise. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Very happy with my first experience at a RMS.
