At the Injury Rehab Centre our Physiotherapists and Osteopaths go above and beyond other clinics to help manage you toward your health and fitness goals.

Story

Our Physiotherapists and Osteopaths couldn't find the perfect environment to be able to help their patients move away from pain and injury toward their health and fitness goals, so they created it.

The result is the Injury Rehab Centre, a complete pain and injury treatment experience. Located on Chesterville Rd near the iconic Waves Leisure Centre the facility is a large two storey open space.

Complete with advanced assessment technology such as slow motion movement analysis, force plate measurement technology and the M.A.T (Movement Assessment Tool) system, our Physiotherapists and Osteopaths use hands on techniques as well as Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping techniques to treat presenting complaints.

Most management plans will also include bespoke training plans that can be completed in our unique rehabilitation gym through unsupervised, supervised or group sessions to improve strength, stamina and overall function.

From force plates, state of the art equipment, their patented MAT system and plenty more. No stone has been left unturned to create the ultimate facility for your rehabilitation. I went to see these guys to treat a hamstring injury from running. It was definitely one of the best physio experiences I've had - great facility and technology, full individualised program, running assessment, strength and conditioning, following up on progress. I'm now back on the track running better than ever and injury free. Very highly recommended

I highly recommend The Injury Rehab Centre. I have been seeing Andrew Lemon for the past 2 years. I am a dancer and have had multiple surgeries on my knee and other injuries as a result. Andrew has helped me to regain strength, motivate me and guide me so I can continue to work physically with confidence. Both Stephen and Andrew are truely dedicated to their practice and have built a fantastic service for their clients.

I started going to Injury Rehab after a referral from a friend.  I was instantly impressed by the in-depth assessment process and Steven's approach to my recovery.  I have never been to a physio that places numbers and percentages on my road to recovery!  Highly recommend
