Very nice clinic. Good treatment and diagnosis. Doctors, nurses and staffs are so well mannered friendly and helpful.

The owner is shady as. I paid $1200 upfront for treatments and he cancelled my appointments four times with barely any notice. Refused to provide a refund and I am still pursuing a complaint to the privacy commissioner because he has also refused to provide my previous treatment records. The entire reception and beauty therapy staff have turned over and no one stays. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Booked  a 10:45, wasn't seen until 11:30. Was in and out within 5 minutes after waiting that long. Was told that the receptionist forgot to check us in and that we could have been out of there at 10:50. Lovely people, horrible customer service.

Waited over an hour today and had to cancel my booking due to another appointment. Wait time for appointments is usually long (up to 30mins) but never this long before.
