I was recommended to NewVision for laser eye surgery by a friend - and I'm so happy that I listened! The staff were great, no issues whats-so-ever. They were all friendly, informative and professional. I love the outcome of my eye surgery and would recommend anyone who is thinking of doing this procedure to go ahead with it, and totally recommend NewVision. 5 stars!!
I recommend anyone needing laser eye surgery goes to this place. They are the ultimate professionals who really care about you. George opened up the practice for me late on a Saturday night just to make sure that the minor pain I was experiencing was no issue. They made my experience their so comfortable that I am so glad I chose them. I thank all the staff for the way I was treated.
I am so happy I chose new vision clinics to do my laser eye correction everyone was so welcoming and I was supported in making the right and best decision to do laser eye surgery. It’s been 6 months since the surgery and I have excellent vision. My biggest regret is I didn’t do this years ago. New Vision clinic really looked after me during the whole process and I’m so glad I chose them.
I have just had my eyes corrected with NewVision Clinics and I would have to say that it's the best thing I have ever done. The staff were absolutely amazing and completely supportive throughout the entire process. The procedure was incredibly fast and pain free. Recovery was quick and now I have well above 20/20 vision.

My lasik surgery was completed on the 20/09/22. All i can say is everything from consultation to post surgery was amazing. Great staff and very professional. I'm reading better than 20/20 vision now. Would recommend this to anyone who has thought of getting this done.
I would continue to highly recommend Newvision Clinic Cheltenham for laser eye treatment. From the time of the first consult to now- 6 months post procedure, I have had a well organised and pleasant experience. I was able to be booked for my procedure quickly after my initial consult and testing where everything was explained so well. I felt total trust for the team on the day of the procedure which was quick and painless. I had full vision from the following morning and absolutely no issues since. I’ve appreciated the follow up care appointments, my vision has been deemed better than 20/20 each time and I’m so happy to have chosen Newvision Clinics for my new found eye sight. Thank you!
I had PKR Excimer Laser Surgery done six months ago and it was the best decision I've ever done . I would highly recommend Newvision Clinic at Cheltenham for the best eye treatment you could ever receive. I am extremely satisfied with my new pair of eyes and the care and service given to me before my procedure and the after care I received by the whole team. Right from my first appointment meeting the lovely Dennis to the procedure done by Prof; Noel Alpins and all the other professional optometrist George Stamatelatos, Anne Fernandez and all the other staff members I met along the way. The team at new vision for fantastic. I had lazer surgery to correct my vision and can not be any happier with the end result. The procedure after the prep work only took about 20 minutes on each eye. During the procedure there was all this ticking, tapping, suction noises etc. It was like a mini construction site with tiny little jack hammers etc. 40 odd minutes later I was able to see 20 20 vision again with out the aid of glasses. It has been a month since I had the procedure done and every day since then without having to wear glasses has been a new day. Once again I would like to thank the whole team at New Vision for the fantastic work they did on my eyes. It is like I have been given a brand new pair of eyes. Many thanks AJ
