Ultra Health Care is your one-stop medical centre. Located opposite the Southland Village Cinemas, our GPs have been providing quality health care for over 25 years. We are an appointment-based clinic open seven days a week. Medical appointments with a GP are bulk billed provided that you hold a valid Medicare card which means there is no out-of-pocket cost. Pathology, X-rays and hearing tests are available on site and are also bulk billed. Other specialists include a psychologist, paediatrician, cardiologist and dietitian. I have taken my son to this clinic twice now to see an Audiologist. I have had very positive experiences both times. The clinic bulk billed for my son’s hearing tests, and there wasn’t a huge waiting list to get an appointment. Amazing. The clinic building facility isn’t fancy. It’s a little dated, but clean and cheerful. I like this because it feels like it exists to serve the community. It doesn’t feel like the practice over charges patients then spends profits on fancy decor and furniture. I found the reception staff to be helpful and friendly. The Audiologist was excellent. He dealt well with my 2 year old son, he seemed knowledgeable and experienced, and he took time to explain things to me clearly, I didn’t feel like I was being pushed out the door. Overall I’d be very happy to recommend this practice, specifically the audiologist, to others.
Always a pleasant experience attending this practice. The staff and medical professionals are attentive and provide exceptional patient care whilst ensuring privacy and confidentiality is protected. The waiting room is air conditioned, comfortable and there is even a secure play area for your children and toddlers to entertain themselves while you wait. There is also Psychology and Pathology Services available onsite for your convenience. Thank you again Ultra Health for continuing to provide such a valuable service to our community.
Been a patient for many years. Always welcoming and professional service. Picturesque, interesting waiting room. Ample parking, diverse services and doctors make it a good choice.
It all worked like clockwork, I didn't have to wait to long, compared to most bulk billing centres The staff were pleasant enough
Dr Siky may be knowledgeable but he doesn't care about his patients in the slightest. He's dismissive of concerns and has a terrible bedside manner.
I have been seeing my GP at this centre for several years and have been more than happy with their service and care I receive. My GP explains health care, medicine, and condition information patiently and clearly every time I see her. I have also seen a few other GPs at the same clinic and they all provide great care.
Great clinic that my maternal health nurse referred me to so that my sons can have their hearing checked. We had Steve the audiologist each time and he's very good. He's kind, friendly and thorough. The clinic is clean and well maintained and that staff are friendly. It's easy to access just off the Nepean highway.
Used Telehealth recently and it was great. The prescription came through to my phone within seconds, it makes it so much easier when you don't need to go in to the clinic when sick and you get the attention you need super fast.
Caring GPs who are now able to allocate more time with the new online appointment system. Also this is a free service. How can anyone complain?
Was a good waiting room with TV. And comfortable seating doctor was on time and very thorough. He wasn't in a hurry like some others near by to get me out as soon as possible. Very happy to go back. thanks
