I would never recommend Dr Nadia Sidrak to anyone. Bad experience during my pregnancy consultation. She wants me to listen till she finish her talking, which I did and I respect her expertise, but she have no time for me to ask questions. She said she is busy, then opened the door ready to walk me out so many times.
Just wanted to write about how amazing Dr Raman Kaur is, she is definitely the best doctor I have ever had. She was so understanding and helpful. Can’t express enough how great she is!
This place has gone so downhill. They went from a practice that cared about its patients to just straight up lying to everyone. I was denied medication from a doctor on numerous occasions, denied a medical note to give my workplace when I had injured my shoulder, the doctor just say “I don’t handle work safe claims”, but it wasn’t it was just a letter I needed them to sign saying I was fit to return to normal duties. I missed out on two days of work because of that, had to find a different practice to go too. The icing on the cake, they are now charging people to use this now, stating that you will be charged $30 for an appointment on their website, which is misleading as I was charged $69.75 and I will receive the rest back, that is wrong and I do hope they get what’s coming to them. If it wasn’t impossible to get into another practice to see different doctors. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
The worst place I have never experienced. I made an appointment in April, but I cannot access to their location due to the shopping centre emergency evacuation drill. After the drill, I have been asked to wait my appointment time passed already due to the emergency drill and their reception staff also asked me to register to be a new patient online. I completed my register. Unfortunately, I cannot wait for a long time, because I must back to work on time the evacuation drill wastes me about 40 minutes. Then I cancelled my appointment. I made another appointment with their reception staff in face to face on 31 May, the appointment date is 2nd June. When I visited their place, I have been asked to pay a 'new patient fee'. The reception staff said that it is a new policy which starts from 1st June. Excuse me !!! Are you seriously ??? I told her that I registered online on April and their team member didn't tell me any fees when I made the appointment in the reception. She didn't care about it and just repeated the new policy starts from one day before. It is so weak !!!!!! They don't really want to help people, they just want to make money!!!
I have been going to this clinic for 4-5 years now, Visit dr anna dr raman . Since 7 months i have been seeing dr nadia on occasions for my toddler. She seemed nice to begin with have her days when she is dismissive. I have also experienced when she rushed things saying i have many patients waiting while charging me and rushing me without listening to my symptoms. My last appointment was the worst of all. My 17 month old had swollen eyes. Showed her. She diagnosed as conjectivitis.i did not agree with her but gave the prescribed eye dropsno discharge or redness. No improvement and I believed it is not conjectivitis. Went to different gp and said my concern and he agreed it is swollen eyes and not conjectivitis and thankfully it was identified early that swelling is related to kidney function. Such a shame. It is your job to diagnose. I understand it depends on the symptoms but she did not agree. And quick to rush things. NEVER AGAIN I AM GOING TO SEE HER AGAIN AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR BY NOT SEEING HER. YOU WILL SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY AND PROBABLY YOUR LIFE.
I was throwing up in the toilet when you rang and disrespected my girl friend. Call back now and try that approach with me. The doctors here are mediocre, just want to rush you out the door with an over the counter script. Customer service is inconsistent and recently very rude. Times are hard for everyone but that's no reason to express your frustrations to customers how unprofessional.
Nothing but good to say about staff - nice, helpful and always efficient, however it's not the best place if you have unknown health issues you need help with. It seems they are constantly understaffed, or under pressure and despite staff being nice the place doesn't have enough resources time, staff etc for patients. Last year I waited for one of my blood test results for 5 months mind you, it was during COVID so understable, also it was sent interstate, so adds extra time, however when checking with the GP after 5 months by that time I already had checked in twice but still no result I was told to call the Lab up myself as GP said there is not much she can do about it now. So I did. But just to be told off from the Lab staff as patients are not allowed to access that kind of information, it is released directly to GP-s only, and was recommended to call up my GP and ask for results ...which I just had done the same morning. Frustrating and never ending journey. So, for my own peace of mind I simply gave up on it. It is a good place if you have straight forward issues, but not the best if you need help to find them out. Ps: not bulk-billed anymore.
I had a negative experience with Dr Anna Tai who diagnosed a health issue I was having as “probably anaemia” and then recommended no tests or followups to verify that her guess was correct. When I asked what was the link between her diagnosis and my symptoms, she said she “wasn’t sure”. Left feeling incredulous: went to a second doctor and received a proper diagnosis with tests to follow up. The service of the reception staff and clinic itself is clean, tidy and professional but only go here if you find yourself in need of a medical certificate, not if you value your health. Don’t even expect to be seen on time; got seen 20 minutes past the booked appointment time.
I have never experienced such lacking customer service from the reception staff the older one in particular whom I didn't take note of the name and the Doctor I saw Dr Sidrack who was EXTREAMLY unprofessional. I walk in to my appointment early, to be told the doctor was running lase fine, its healthcare, I can understand the staff could not give me a rough estimate of how long the wait was, which is the information I was after as I was taking time out of my work day to attend mind you I allowed more than enough time. The receptionist comes out to bring me through in such a cold and carless manner didn't call me by name, try to gently get my attention.. NOTHING. I sit down with the Dr whose mask is down might I add we are in a pandemic, doesn't introduce herself and says "we need to be quick, I've got other patients waiting". I get about 3 minutes into the new patient appointment, asked for repeats of a few scripts first to get them out of the way and proceeded to move on to the main concern of my visit, only to have the scripts basically thrown at me and told ill have to come back for the rest as she has other patients to see. I explain I have a few concerns I wanted to discuss which I mentioned in the comment section when I booked online and she said "that's not a priority and will have to wait as she's seen me first over others which I never asked for in the first place, if I had know I would've preferred to wait longer and id have to come back. I go to check out at reception who I then explain my frustrations to, only then did the same lady apologies after I mentioned I myself am in healthcare and this is un acceptable and asked for me to come back, give them another chance and see another doctor who may be a better fit, and to excuse the Dr as she just had to deliver some bad news to a previous patient. I understand and can appreciate that this would be hard, but as a Doctor, you have a duty of care. it is your job to know how to handle these situations, its not an excuse to be blunt and carless with your other patients. I have been in healthcare for almost 6 years now and I would never in a million years give this sort of service to ANY patient of mine. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. I would never recommend this practice OR this doctor to anyone that asks for a recommendation. In fact, I will deter them from stepping foot in this practice. Zero duty of care, Zero customer service, lacking in Covid safe measures, this is more so the doctor than the reception staff. I would expect a doctor to have their mask on properly.
All the female Doctors at My Health Medical Southland are very good and understanding. Dr Louise Johns is an exceptional and caring Doctor who really spends time trying to give the best medical care and solutions. The surroundings are new, white shiny, clean and refreshing. The receptionists are welcoming and go out their way to explain downloading their app and provide helpful information. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else.
