Good ideas in-house but you gotta ask lots of questions to get the best out of this place... Good specials but you need to ask for them!!

Absoloute shithouse pub. If you do the renovation allow customers access to it. Brrn here a handful of times and very rarely we get access. The ladies at the bar are very wait extremely rude. If you dont wear your baggy greens or your bowling outfit you are treated as the gutter. This is not once this has happened either.

My husband and I visit the Bistro on a weekly basis. We love the Parmas on Wednesday night. The meal comes with thick, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, chips. There are a few variations to choose from and they are well presented with lots of topping. The steaks on Friday night are top quality and very well cooked to your preference. The meals also come with the thick chips. I've had the Green Chicken Curry which I thoroughly enjoyed and the rissoles with mashed potato and peas. The meals are very well priced, the service is good, and friendly. The room has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. We have been to a lot of hotel bistros over the years and I would have to say this is one of my favourites. Highly recommend.
