Very very poor service...actually zero service. A good range of products but terrible non engaging service. Lots of staff simply chatting in small groups and ignoring us...maybe we were invisible . Anyway, we kept our money and the store kept its merchandise. The one star is for the great product range.
I recently bought a lot of stuff for my new house from the good guys . Brady was simply amazing and got me the best deal he could possibly offer ! 5 star for the service and product range .

WeMyslef and Hubby Bought plenty of stuff for our new home from the Good GUYS KAWANA. The Staff is absolutely amazing, Kate, Celine, Luke were helped us. we held the appliances and electronics for over 2 months and delivered it for free, and great pricing on the goods. we love their service , friendliness and welcoming. Kate and couple of staff members even stayed after closing the store to finalise the payment and processing the sale for delivery next day. Every time we visited the store all the staff we saw was welcoming , friendly and helpful. They respect and care about their customers. Delivery guys were very friendly and also they were efficient not to scratch walls/doors in my brand new home even the fridge was too big for doors. I would Highly recommend this store. 10/10 WELCOMING, SERVICE, Friendly, Caring Thank you , Katesales manager Celine and Luke
The website said they had the freezer I wanted in stock so I drove there immediately upon arrival they tell me there is a glitch in system so no freezer... the staff member was super helpful and easy to work with and found another option and I’m happy
We've bought heaps of stuff from the Good Guys .. their prices are always very competitive and the staff really helpful

Helpful staff... even when a male staff member had the unfortunate job of asking me if I needed help choosing a hair straightener. He admitted it wasn't his area of expertise but he knew difference between models and what was selling the best etc! Thank you for the help! Definitely will be back.

My Wife and I were in the market for a TV Saturday 14th August. Sales Person Jeff Guided us through the TV'S on Display. At first we were probably a bit stand off-ish. Thankyou Jeff we now have a TV which supersedes our old Set. Very Happy Thankyou.
