Our son was missing his guitar from back home while we were on holidays from Ireland. We called in for a look and my son was blown away by the selection of guitars, we've never seen such a big display ! The guys here left him play a few in the sound room and never rushed him even though they knew we weren't gonna buy a guitar. Such nice staff here, it was really nice of them to let our son play for a while. We did buy a tee shirt and some picks but this would for sure be our go to music shop if we lived here. Thanks guys !!!
Dave and the online sales team went over and above to assist me in securing a 50th anniversary Taylor acoustic guitar. Thanks to Mooloolaba music I was one of the first in Australia to secure one of these guitars. Highly recommend if you are trying to source that special something or something that has a limited run
what an awesome music shop!! the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about music and gear. they do their best to make you feel welcome and will definitely comment on your band shirt s/o to the jeff buckley guy!! to really include you from the beginning. ive bought instruments both in person and online and both experiences have been amazing. i can’t recommend enough!!
I visited the store today as a support worker with a participant, and all I can say is how incredible the experience was. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The store itself is awesome and well-organized. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a muso for four decades and this by far is the best music shop I’ve been to in a LONG time. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Each sales person has a specialty so the advice you receive is from experienced professionals. The choice of instruments and accessories are great, and their patience with our budding muso’s our kids is awesome. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.
