I recently visited the store in search of boat supplies, but I was deeply disappointed by the unapproachable staff. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority.nnAs I entered, I greeted the three men in the store, hoping for a welcoming response. However, they completely disregarded me and continued their conversation about a TV show. It felt as though I had interrupted their personal gathering, rather than being a valued customer.nnThroughout my 10-minute browsing experience, not a single staff member approached me or offered any assistance. It felt as though they had no interest in helping customers or providing a pleasant shopping experience. Their lack of attentiveness and dismissive behavior made me feel insignificant and unwelcome.
Helpful staff. Extensive range of marine / boating / sailing gear, including relevant accessories like sunglasses and gear bags.nnQuality of products seems to be mid-level to good. With marine kit / gear / storage bags for example, Whitworths don’t stock a cheap junk level product, there’s a mid-level brand “Burke” and higher level “Gill” but not a top level like “Aussie Outback Supplies” or similar or a premium prestige level.nnGood range, good value products. Highly recommend.
Great shop not just for marine gear but anything like campers, mobile homes etc. Experienced staff and a good selection of gear, from clothing, kitchenware, rigging, etc. We often buy small items like cupboard catches for our house as well as they stock things that often our local hardware stores don’t stock!
Always helpful and full of great products. Saw these two today. A FixnZip, just awesome for fixing any broken slide I have several and ProPower, looks like the best product for tanks ever! Even gets ride of crystallisation in the waste tanks!!!
