I brought my MacBook Pro to iLove Computers for a major AppleCare repair the week before Christmas. They had it fixed within days, despite the busy period.nnAs the only Apple Authorised Reseller and Service Provider on the Sunshine Coast to my knowledge, they provide an outstanding service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated via email and text throughout. Highly recommended for any Apple repairs or support.
Awesome service. Literally saved me over $1000 by insisting I claim warranty on a screen repair that was past apples original warranty period. Less than 24hr turn around on an initially estimated 4 day repair.nExtremely satisfied.
Super friendly and helpful service. They’re quick to help and don’t overcharge. Couldn’t recommend them enough! For any Apple issues on the Sunny Coast, these guys are the best!
Absolutely amazing service from all the team. Thankyou so much! Thoroughly recommend this business especially if you want to claim warranty through Australian Consumer Law. My 2 year old Mac air had screen problems and the screen was replaced under warranty. They also picked up an issue with the battery and replaced this too under same consumer law warranty. Could not be happier as my Mac is now running better than new.
I was happy with the service given in the store. However, I was told about a follow up home service which you could book and it could be cancelled if not needed as long as you gave 24 hours notice. My bank details were given to cover the cost of this service. I realised when I arrived home that I didn’t need the visit so cancelled it online. I was extremely disappointed to see that $139 was taken from my account and only $124 refunded. I wasn’t told about a fee but was told it was in fine print on the website.nI walked into the shop and bought a computer. Why would I be looking at the website? I know this seems petty but I feel it is unjust charging $15 for something I wasn’t told about.
