Absolutely amazing service from all the team. Thankyou so much! Thoroughly recommend this business especially if you want to claim warranty through Australian Consumer Law. My 2 year old Mac air had screen problems and the screen was replaced under warranty. They also picked up an issue with the battery and replaced this too under same consumer law warranty. Could not be happier as my Mac is now running better than new.
I had a really good experience at the Mooloolaba store recently. Lauren and Liam were very helpful and made some adjustments to the settings on my new Apple laptop that sorted out the issues I was having. They also showed me how to do something that had me stumped. They did all this free of charge as a walk-in. I highly recommend going there for all things Apple.
Unusual and tricky issue updating an iPhone 12 to a 16 Pro. Telstra and King IT had no idea. Liam at I Love Computers started by eliminating some possibilities and then the fabulous Sophia did some extraordinary lateral thinking and solved the problem in a very short time. I was looking at $450 at King IT for a solution that I now know wouldn’t have worked, or 30 days without email on the new device because of the verification issue. So, thank you Liam and Sophia - couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend more strongly.
