Beautiful place to spend a few hours at. The factory tour was great-not too long, very informative and just right. Younger kids (perhaps grade 2 - 5) will most likely enjoy the tour, definitely not a place for a fussy teenager. Amenities well maintained. Train ride was nice too. Shop sells products, souvenirs, gifts at a reasonable price-you might just become a fan of the wide variety of ginger products on sale after the "tasting" session which is part of the tour.

Not a bad spot to bring the kids. Entertainment for the kids include a train ride, a boat ride in an undercover tunnel with mechanical puppets that the kids will enjoy. There is also a small playground. Most activities can be done during wet weather, including the playground. The produce is also not as expensive as I was expecting.

We decided to drop into the Ginger Factory on the way home from our Sunshine Coast Holiday. My 2 year old son and 5 year old daughter had a lovely day on the train that goes around the grounds and the boat ride. The kids found the playground while we had a sat and had lunch and a coffee, until they wore themselves out. There are a couple of cute shops inside as well.  It was a great visit and we loved the ice creams, especially the macadamia and ginger.

Visited the Ginger Festival this year 2018. It was stunning. Lots of different products for sale but i still love your original ginger beer. Must stay though i have bought some ginger beer & vodka to try 😊. Had a lovely lunch and bought some ginger plants all in all a great day out. Must there lots of kids enjoying the train rides.

Nice little theme park but well overpriced. The attractions would suit primary school aged children but would likely not excite older kids. The factory and grounds are well maintained. Staff were friendly. We managed to spend about 4 hrs here. Does feel like a bit of a tourist trap.
