In 2006 we purchased new doors from this business. In 2010 we approached the business regarding the deterioration of these $1800 doors.  The rep that came to see the doors advised that they were poor quality and were not even manufactured out of the correct material to with stand outside conditions.
The owner of the business accepted no responsibility saying that we were outside out 2 year warranty period.
Even the secretary have inadvertently told us that they had received many complaints about damaged doors after the rain.
Mmmm  interesting.  There are other door retailers in town that have we approached to replace these door and have also had had unhappy and dissatisfied clients from this business.
