Always a great place to wander about looking for ideas and picking up some great bargains. Staff levels seem down over past few months and it reflects on their stock levels on the app not reflected in actual stock available. Some areas had unpacked stock items taking up plenty of space but didn't appear to be anyone available to unpack, apart from that, the staff there were very helpful and provided great assistance.

We were after a few things. Cheaper cat food for our two fussy cats. I was after something for hanging curtain blinds? I don't know how to properly describe what I was looking for I found it.  I was happy.

Long time shopper at Bunnings however in the last year this store has gone downhill. Very messy, hard to find an assistant with any knowledge or the enthusiasm to be bothered helping you. Why is the garden centre watered at busy times? Isn't this a safety issue? This is a hardware store so how about setting up a watering system for when the store is closed.

The stores are overcluttered . Staff have little product knowledge. Isles get blocked off during peak hours to refill shelves. If it wasn’t for the large product range , I wouldn’t go there . Shopping at Bunnings certainly isn’t pleasant .

Mick at Bunnings Toowoomba West Hire Shop was ace.  Friendly and helpful with our van hire.  Wish more folks were like him.
