Tentworld is a family owned and operated business. It has been serving residents of Queensland and Australia since 1968.

Story

Tentworld is an online camping retail store with 10 physical locations. It has been in operation since 1968 supplying Australia with quality camping & hiking equipment.

We take pride in our customer service, and great value offering. We have enabled hundreds of thousands of people to have great camping holidays.

We stock a wide range of top brand names such as Blackwolf, Darche, Engel, OZtent, OZtrail & Waeco to name just a few. There are 10 retail store locations across Australia. See our website for locations.

At our stores you can find a large range of tents, swags, portable fridges and much more camping gear can be seen on display. Our experienced staff can help you with camping and product knowledge as well as product selection which is something we pride ourselves on and sets us apart from the competition.

The Tentworld website & Online store has been operating since 2003 so that all of Australia can take advantage of our excellent customer service, product knowledge and sale prices. Very friendly staff. I have been going here for the past 20 years. There has been quite a few changes for the better in this time. The range is exceptional. The online shop is great and they are willing to do quotes if required. I will be in there for more camping gear. Love the shop and the staff.

Great prices and great staff, massive range of all you outdoor needs. I needed a Dual Battery System, charged up and ready to go. Was no problem for the team to have this ready for me on my way through as I lived over 2 hrs away. Also found out that my old Engel had kicked the bucket on the morning of my departure for a few days RNR. Again rang ahead and they had a new Engel cooled down and ready to go when I arrived. Great service, will definitely be buying all my camping needs from them in the future.

I purchased an inflatable bed from Tentworld only to have the wrong item sent. Even after sending the item back with tracking via Aus post i still have to wait weeks for them to receive it back and then send me the correct item. I did not make the mistake and they are doing nothing to fulfil the purchase contract made to them. The only resort i have left is to contact my financial institution to try and get my money back. Thanks for the heartache Tentworld. I will never use you again and neither will anyone i speak to be recommended to use you. At least Snowys know how to treat a customer

Great store full of an amazing range of camping and outdoor gear, the staff are friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable, would recommend Tentworld to any camping enthusiast looking for the best gear at a competitive price.
