Just before Xmas, I went in as needed a replacement canopy box lock. It was quickly ordered in and received a text they did call but I missed it to say it arrived. Popped in today and they also put the new lock in for me. I a had no idea how to do it and b not all the tools to do it. 10 mins later, all done. Well impressed with the service.
Love the store and the staff, this would had been a five star review unfortunately the guy that checked me out asked for my email and I said no cause I didn't like spam or my information getting sold out to others. It took me 6 years to get off all the email lists and after giving my information to tools I'm getting calls and sms messages again...not cool guys
Top team, great service.nHad a faulty nail gun, the team backed their product and sorted out the warranty quickly and stress free.nGreat support and advice when choosing tools etc too.
My very old electric pressure washer finally died last week. I needed a new one asap and did hours of online research here and there over the next few days. In the end I settled on the 4 stroke model pictured and was able to get to the Toowoomba store yesterday 22 May 2025 at 5:50pm, just before they closed at 6:00pm.nnI apologised for coming in at the last minute but the manager I assume he was couldn’t have been more calm or pleasant. I knew what I wanted and he said he had them in stock, assembled, and ready to go. He was able to answer a few quick questions and took time patiently to make sure I had the correct attachments for my conditions e.g. a filter for bore water, and to give me some tips about the machine. Following the purchase, he pushed it to my ute and helped me load it.nnAfter I had tied it down and got in to go I realised it was 6:10pm. The shop was locked up and all the workers were heading to their cars with two waiting at the gate to put the chain across. No hassle, no stress, no worries at all. The least I could do in return was provide this review. Thank you so much, fellows. Thank you to Trade Tools for a great product at a great price with great service.nnI have almost never been to Trade Tools only because of all the options in Toowoomba it is furthest from where I live, but I reckon it is worth the trip now. There’s no substitute for the confidence and peace of mind that comes from fair dinkum customer care.
