The Conservatory Garden and Home is a multi award winning garden centre that was established in 1975. In that time The Conservatory has become a mecca for all gardeners and lovers of beautiful things for the home. We have established a reputation for excellence as you will see when you purchase any of our quality gifts, plants and homewares.

Our qualified experienced staff offer personal service to assist you to achieve the best results in your garden. In addition to our beautiful plants we also stock a select range of garden gloves, hand tools, secateurs and other gardening requirements.

We also offer a fabulous range of pots and planters…glazed, Italian terracotta, french style Anduze and rustic aged terracotta.

Don’t forget The Conservatory has a complimentary gift wrapping service and we can also arrange delivery to your home or office.

This is a beautiful store and I enjoy shopping there when I visit every three months from the Yorke Peninsula.  But today was not a good experience, the usual two lovely ladies were there, smiles and happy as usual but there was an older woman who quite frankly couldn’t be any ruder if she tried.  She was huffing and puffing because Christmas stock was coming in and things were busy. She needs to stand back and take a good look at herself and her bad attitude, she is not good for business and definitely not for Christmas.

Snobby place with good range. Have been there several times and the difference in service when looking a bit scruffy no or grumpy service vs when looking nice  and look as if have money is stark.

For range, service, products, ambience - 5 stars is not enough. If you need a beautiful plant or gift look no further!

I love this place and the staff are really friendly and helpful too. There's a great range of home accessories and their soft furnishings are to die for. We have purchased lots amazing things from this place and there's always plenty of fresh stock. Be sure to visit, it's gorgeous!

Great selection of premium plants in a fantastic setting. Sadly my experience as a customer seeking advice was not what I expected. After finding someone and asking politely if he is able to assist by identifying some options for a difficult garden area I was met with a long pause And I knew immediately there was a 'no' coming before he continued with "Not really, I have another 1.5hrs of watering to complete before the end of the day".  He did belatedly offer assistance but knowing it wasnt how he wanted to spend 5 mins of his time Not too mention the  sale with advice clearly an imposition I left.  I don't see the sense in watering plants you don't want to sell... Maybe factor in serving customers when working out how long watering takes or direct me to someone helpful. There are acceptable options if you are busy but none provided.

This is an amazing place. Beautifully laid out with lots of quirky little things for inside and out. I particularly love the books and garden ornaments...Just magical. I let my imagination run wild when I visit.

Stock appropriate for Adelaide climate and in correct season. Unlike Bunnings.  The Conservatory garden centre only stock what is suited to the climate and ready to plant now..

Wonderful garden centre, great selection of plants, beautiful indoor plants and products, extremely knowledgeable staff. First class.

Staff are always super helpful and their range of pots and plants are incredible. All plants are always beautifully cared for and are full of life.
