I wandered into Wholesale Plants and Products reckon I’d snag some sweet wholesale deals, right? but crikey! Some or most of their “Wholesale” prices were lot higher than what the retail nurseries are asking, makes a mockery of buying in bulk, I tell yah. On top of that, they chuck a service charge on your invoice, something you won’t cop at other places.nThe plants themselves are fine enough, but the prices? Unfair dinkum and not worth it in today’s market. If you’re after genuine wholesale value, best steer clear, mate! Paying retail or less elsewhere makes heaps more sense than coughing up for these jacked-up “wholesale” prices.

We are general public customers, where our landscaper suggested we have a look at the plants they recommended.nnTo day we We were Very disappoined, is an understatement, especially with the lack of service. We Made clear why we were there. It was not about price, which unfortunately one of staff couldn't understand!  I won't shame this person, even though, she yelled at us and said she couldn't help us But simply we were after a second opinion and advice of what our landscaper had recommended.nnThis isn't about shaming the business, it about helping their customer service, and improving their service.nnAs a result of our treatment today, 14/2/25, we have insisted our landscaper use an alternative wholesaler.nnStill not listening, you knew our questions were about the plants recommended and still chose to act that way, Please take independent feedback onboard, this is why there's feedback to help you as a business. The way you treated us was appalling  Could've been handled bettter, and the alleged abusive language justified your actions, really!!  Good luck..

Lots of plants to choosennfrom . Very good pricing

Great Product Range and very helpful and understanding Staff. Have been a Customer for many years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the trade and you must be trade serious about buying good quality plants, advice and reliable delivery service.

Would love to see staff asking customers if they need help..nEverytime I have been we have had to seek out help from a staff member far away.nnbeautiful, great variety, prices are reasonable
