Went to Gaganis Today and we wanted to buy some cheese and the big Guy was there and other one other in other side. However, special the big guy there did not want to work. We kept waiting to serve and after while we said to him, there is anyone can serve us please and he responded rudely. We felt that he would give a us cheese for free.nnMy suggestion to the Manager of the store that needs to chance the team to not lose a customer.nnWe won’t going back there
The place definitely offer many great items, and we been here many times before. but Unfortunately, our experience this time was disappointing due to the older lady with glasses working at the register. Her attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming, which really affected the overall experience. Customer service is such an important part of hospitality, and unfortunately this interaction did not reflect that. The business has potential, but it could definitely improve by addressing the service standards at the front counter. We and the family Won’t be going back and I would recommend anyone that going to this shop to avoid the lady. Best luck people like this. I work in hospitality for over 20 years never came across someone like this.
Excellent selection of wog food and bulk pantry items that are healthy and price is good! Would reccomend
I love this place, so much variety and heaps in bulk quantities. They have a nice selection of Mexican sauces and ingredients. The variety of spices and flour is great too and available in bulk. They have some great cooking gear, huge boiling pots and a range of spits and other accessories.nnFresh produce is available if that is what you are looking for, but the main reason to visit is all the other bulk goods.nnNice range of storage containers and glass jars for home cooking crafts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Certainly worth a visit!
This place sells lots of bulk products at good prices. This includes oils, spices, sauces, jars, cleaners etc. The selection of products on their online store is no where near as big as the selection of goods in the store. I buy jars here for fermenting vegetables, and they are consistently of a lower price here than anywhere else I’ve seen. I enjoy browsing this store and never leave empty handed. The staff are friendly and efficient. I haven’t purchased any food from the gourmet deli, but it is popular with other visitors. A small toilet is available in the car park if required.
