I took some jewellery here to sell and naturally being the seller I told the staff what I wanted for my goods and they offered me more than I asked for which was also much more than any other places had previously offered me. I have also purchased many items from this store and been happy with the quality. Very friendly and helpful staff and stunning pieces of jewellery. I would highly recommend AEJ for both buying and selling jewellery. One very happy customer!

Shocking customer service - actually no customer service at all - they could all do with some current customer service training - extremely rude - like to belittle potential customers by playing stupid “guess the value” childish games - false advertising in TV advert by suggesting trading a ring for a deposit on a car - what a joke - “where you get more” couldn’t be further from the truth! Very dodgey place - cannot recommend at all - definitely not worth rating 1 star - definitely worthwhile taking my jewellery elsewhere! Can’t be doing well as a business otherwise you wouldn’t waste money on pathetic false advertising!

It was a bit disconcerting, as they insisted I tell them how much I wanted for my gold. But they are right that normally the seller sets a price, not the buyer. I suggested a price about 20% more than the other jewellers had offered me and obtained it. I noticed a vast range of jewellery for sale so I think this shop is worth visiting.

Rude and unhelpful service. There is no consideration for customers. Much much better off taking your gold elsewhere.
