Good customer service and the staff is very pleasant even though there's a number of people there. Many different ranges and the price is alright. Bought few charms when I went there. Spacious store and the displays are pleasing to the eyes.
Exceptional customer service today by the lovely Verity! I was acknowledged the moment I walked into the store and not only did she find the charm I was after but she put it together with a chain and let me try it on prior to purchasing. She was also informative and happily answered the questions I had in regards to the product. This is probably the best experience I've had at a Pandora store and I'm so happy with my purchase! Thank you, Verity!
Very poor customer service. The store was not very busy at the time we arrived. We had a click and collect order that we had been emailed to say was ready to collect. We walked up to the counter and waited. A young woman was working on the computer there and obviously busy so we politely waited. And waited. And waited. Not once did she even look up to say she would just be a moment or direct us to another server or acknowledge we existed. By this stage a line of 6 more people had formed behind us and this woman continued to ignore everyone. After nearly ten minutes of everyone standing in line a server approached a woman in the middle of the line and asked if she needed help. This woman politely pointed out that we at the front had been waiting even longer only to be told by the staff member that none of us were standing in the right place and if we wanted service we needed to go and stand near a very small pole that had no one waiting behind it. The entire line of now nearly 8 people had to shuffle backward to this pole at which point a server finally asked us if we needed help. Honestly, some common sense would be wonderful. If you see a line of people in your store forming then direct them to the right place to stand if the counter isn't it- don't just ignore an entire line of people for 10+ minutes before finally offering help/service/direction.
The customer service on 26.12.22 was really bad. I was waiting and waiting at a pole as well. Very rude girl told me I was facing the wrong way but too busy to assist.
Not good customer service. Walked into the store and there was another customer. Both ladies behind the counter kept talking to each other. I looked at every display and by the time I walked out there were two more customers but the ladies stayed behind the counter and did not approach anyone. I was looking to try on a bracelet but will go to another pandora store.
Was here buying a gift and was served by Isabella, she was patient with me and very helpful and nice. Helped me find what I was after and the customer service was great.
We came to return a gift. We went to the counter where there was a blonde staff member who looked like she wasn’t helping a customer at the time. To our disappointment, we weren’t acknowledged. We were seen by the staff member but stood there awkwardly for 1 minute in silence while she worked on the computer. When she finished, she left the counter and walked straight past us, again we were not acknowledged. After about 3-4 minutes of being in the store and not even greeted by any of the multiple staff members working, we were approached by Mikayla who had just finished with another customer. Mikayla was polite and professional. She managed our request promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mikayla.
Pathetic Customer Service I had bought a gift for a family and since the family had the same item, I had to exchange the item. Unfortunately they deducted the discount I was given on my first transaction. The sales staff were rude and unhelpful . After exchanging the item, the staff could not even calculate my refund. Took them a while to calculate and sort it out. Not even worth one star. Not going to shop @Pandora Rundle street any more!!!
It was the best experience ever. The staff were so helpful especially Bella and the new staff who started on Friday. They were so helpful and patiently helped me try different charms and I finally got the most beautiful combinations I wanted!! Thanks girls!! You should be rewarded
I would like to say on Saturday 9th January. I came in to use my gift card from Christmas. I waited in a small queue to be seen. Wasn't in the best of moods. But I saw the most beautiful shop attendant. She had the best smile and manner. Her customer service was excellent. An asset to your company. Thank you.
