I bought a jewellery, it did nt not fit so i returned and exchange the item for another piece of jewellery nd the lady she gave me a credit voucher along with the new piece of jewellery tht i got. When i purchase in first place there was no mention of any policy. I went into to take my money back from credit voucher nd the lady said she cant give money back then she was showing me the policy steakers while they should show in first but they dont do this. So now i cant take my money back. I will never returnning to shiels myer centre rundle mall adelaide.

There is no lower rate then 1 tht i can give them bcoz they deserve a lower review.

They were absolutely fantastic, super friendly, super helpful and created a wonderful experience for a first time buying jewelry. They helped me stay within my budget and helped me pick out the perfect gift.

Worst customer service. Just walked in with some photos on my phone of some bracelets I wanted to buy.  I was told I would have to look around myself. I said I had looked but couldnt see what I wanted, I asked if they had one in particular, got a rude, curt "no"  her back turned and it was quite obvious that she had no interest in serving me and  my custom was not wanted. If you dont want to work in customer service, get another job!
