Previous reviews are back in 2011, when it was a great place to go, look and shop. The staff back then were available and helpful.

Oh, fast forward to 2017!! The only staff person you can find will be in his office. Yes, there is a bell if you want help, ask a question or pay.
As usual I arrived to find 3 other people wandering around, no help in sight.

Then the patronizing "are you okay, young lady" I am 60 for goodness sake. I should have said no I am not okay, no help and you saw me lifting pots, still no help, just sitting in his office until you are ready to pay.

Why do I keep going back!! because it is 5 minutes down the road....otherwise I would never go there.

Do not go if you want any assistance other than to pay.

Cheap plants, they don't really last though, good place to wander around for inspiration
