Staff are abit friendly but i would say probably not very helpful, trying to find someone to get some advice is like looking for a needle in a hay stack, then when you find someone they either dont know or just not really interested. You would think when they are up against a monster like bunnings they might want to try abit harder, at the end of the day there is two bunnings just 10-15 minutes up the road, maybe that's where i might head next time 🤔

Excellent service with Stihl products and a great range. Sold at an affordable price. Irrigation range is also decent. Plant range isn't too bad. Limited in some ways. Garden supplies and lawns highly recommended. Used them many times and always quality.

Most of their cacti were rotted, or had been tipped out of their pots and stuffed back in with very little soil. Some succulents are twice as expensive as the same variety at Bunnings, some even more expensive. Customer service is a joke; an item didn't scan so I was mumbled at and left standing at the checkout. The staff member went to the staff room and never came back. No price check, no attempt to look it up at the till. Gave up waiting and walked away. Worst garden supply store I've ever been to. They were decent before management changed.
