Extremely expensive and the plants are not even  done properly with the correct bonsai soil. The lady has been extremely rude when I asked a few questions regarding a plant I was really interested.  She would not answer my questions properly and always trying to make me pick another more expensive plant she thought would be better so she could get more money out of me. Disgraceful of course but I am not stupid.
The husband acts like count Dracula, very funny remark but it is true!!! Even ruder than her believe it or not with remarks " stop wasting my time". I did not end up buying  anything at the end cause I thought no this place is no good. I got I feeling of unease the whole time I was there, like there was something negative around, like a evil presence. I believe the place is cursed. Do not even bother going in there. This place needs an exorcism...

Love my bonsai, but I was told on the spot that it was $69.95. I continued looking, and went back to choose the original, and later found that I had been charged $89.95. Part was paid in cash at the request of the lady who served me, so I can't request a refund. Really disappointed that the transaction wasn't handled honestly.

I have had my bonsai tree for 14 years now, it was bought at Spirit of Bonsai. I brought it back a few times for a trim and it was fine. Today I went to pick it up and they had BUTCHERED It and said the tree was almost dead (not true) and that's how it looks after a trim (not true) bla bla bla. I am NOT happy. Like many other comments above, the owners, especially the lady, are dishonest and make up the price on the spot, as nothing there has a price on it. DON'T GO THERE, save your hard worked money for another place.

Beautiful bonsai and lovely staff. My bonsai was struggling in the heat and they are looking after it for free until it's looking better

Really unsatisfactory experience shopping at this store... no prices on plants or pots... ask what is the price of something and it is made up on the spot.  I think that the proprietor is really dishonest and I get a really yucky feeling from her.  My advice, avoid going here.
