The Collins Bar

We had our company Xmas Party at the Collins Bar last weekend and it was exceptional. What a treat for all the team! We hired the whole venue and we had Victoria Square as our view with the Xmas lights and decorations, which looked amazing. We were greeted with champagne and wines on arrival and were of a very good quality. The food was very nice and all canapes were served really well throughout the night. The food was filling and there was a great qty available. Drinks were exceptional as we had the whole bar open to our staff. Cocktails were amazing and a great hit during the night. The team at Collins was great and very helpful. Ivy was amazing and she was communicating with us throughout the night and served us well with our requests. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back for more events.

Lovely friendly staff and amazing venue with a great view of Victoria Square.

I'm astonished that a cocktail bar could be so intimate and warm, done away with the obnixiousness and rabble of large groups. We got the situation that none of the bar was available in 5 star hotel. Luckily, Ivy had sorted it out for a large groups. Ivy and her staff are so passionate and knowledgeable with their craft which is reflected in their work, down to the details and aesthetic of the venue. We all thoroughly loved the taste and education behind each cocktail. If you respect mixology, or simply love a great cocktail, this truly is a must-visit for any local or traveller, there's nothing else close to the Collins in this city, likely even all of Australia. Class in a glass. I really like this place and highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and service is fast. A good range of things on the menu to suit any budget but high quality food. Also a good drink selection. It also has a really nice vibe, very chill and stress free.

Really lovely bar attached to the Hilton. Great cocktail and alcohol list. Great biews overlooking Victoria Square and the Adelaide Christmas Tree. Fun staff who are happy to help.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, an amazing cocktail menu, great music playlist and a lovely quiet corner with couches....what more could you want?

Very busy and the barmaid held her own serving so many . Maybe they should get more bar staff on event nights ?
