My partner and I love having weekend breakfast here. Big breakfast is worth the money, coffee always hot. Can be quite busy, but you can see staff do their best to get your meals out as quick as the can. Great place to eat real food.

calamari was stringy and obviously frozen. salad came with chucks of cucumber and basically a whole onion. overly expensive for the quality. never again.

Very disappointed. Coffee cup, teaspoon and tea strainer all dirty! Then it takes ages to get clean replacements. Corn and zucchini fritters with bacon served cold. My husbands grilled Haloumi bruschetta was good but that was the only good thing.

Today we (Grandmother, Daughter and 2 Granddaughters) went shopping at Westfield Chermside and after having fun we decided to have lunch at The Coffee Club - Westfield Chermside. The reason why we have only given 3 stars is after placing our order and waiting to be served for at least 45 minutes, we decided to ask a waitress if she could please check our order. The waitress (in her thirties, thin, hair in a ponytail and olive complexion) responded, “you know this is our busiest time of the day and on top of that it is the start of school holidays” in a very abrupt manner. It would seem we had interrupted her day? The only reason we have given 3 stars is that the food & beverages were good. And the "Basil Fawlty" waitress in the end made us smile with her response, because we elected her manner was not going to spoil the day.

Very very noisy. Staff drag chairs around one-handedly on hard floor which simply adds to the noise level.
