I wouldn't deal with them again, very disappointed in the experience. Paid 5500 for a hyundai getz ,2005 model. Tried to a dress issues, radio didn't have power , they replaced that , intermittent wipers don't work , no service book , told me motor's Launceston serviced it . This was not true . Timing chain not done . I paid at the top of the market and now I find I can't insure it for any more than $ 2750. Told me they would be happy for their lawyers to talk to mine , not interested in a real solution. I suggest that any reasonable salesperson should be aware features where not working especially after they said they had driven the car . Misleading information do not buy from them , go elsewhere.
Nice enough gentleman at this second hand car yard, just didn't have what we wanted in the $10k and under price range. Lots of manuals, not automatics.
Could not recommend this place more. After buying a car from them the check engine light came on and after taking the car back to them they could not have been more professional, more helpful, more willing to resolve the problem with the car. Jack, William and Braydon I could not thankyou more and appreciate all you have done for me. I will definitely be coming back for my next car and cars for my kids. If wanting a car go straight to The Car Mart Launceston. You will not be dissapointed.
Great service, very happy with the overall experience. A staff member came in on a Sunday down from Devonport to help which resulted in a sale. No pressure, relaxed and professional experience. I would recommend to others.
Be careful, the shining car you see in the photos is not what you will buy from them. I travelled all the way from Melbourne to Tasmania to buy the car and Mr Brayden despite of asking him many questions through SMS before buying the flight and ship tickets, misguided me. He hid the defects. I had to buy the car as I already had bought the ship tickets to bring it to Melbourne. I suggest better first see the car in person and then decide. Do not believe Brayden of THE CAR MART Launceston.
Had to constantly call them to chase my rego papers and warranty PDF. Very unfriendly and unprofessional sales staff. But the customer care team is nice and responsive .
Polite, no pressure, got a great deal & price, detailing was 5 star, very happy, I bought a 3 grand Toyota camry, but I was treated like I bought a 60 grand car, that's why I'm writing this, I've never bought a car from a car yard before, friends have 3 yrs ago & still happy, thinking their pushy etc, but CAR Mart, well done Eric, Andrew, Jo thanks
