I was ABUSED by voicemail ( I have kept message for future reference ) by salesman, took it to the manager of local motor group who couldn't be bothered to contact me himself, he had a young lady call me to find out what was going on, according to them they "investigated" and dealt with the matter "in house" not so much as an apology, guess where I will never buy a car in the future, that includes the entire Local Motor Group network in Launceston. great work, give them a wide berth, I am sure Greg Crick will not be impressed.

What a bunch of greedy lying lazy scumbags I bought a jeep loredo 5/12/2013 and on the 17/12/13 twelve days later the front brakes siezed up andstopped the veh at launceston tyre service who took the front brakes of and found them siezed the parts were ordered and I was told they would have to be air frieghted in in two days time, the next morning I contacted the salesman steve who sold me the veh asking him to find out the price of the spare parts that were ordered he told me not to worry and because I had only just bought the car they would LOOK AFTER ME yeah right, the next day when the parts arrived and I was told the car was ready I got a bill of $1824.00 I had been charged $740.00 for four brake pistons $165.00 for a set of brake pads $196.00 caliper seals $276.00 boot pistons , The price of the front caliper repair kit containing all of the above bar the pads $55.36+27.73 postage the brake pads $35.00 free postage . if this is what they call looking after you I would hate to see them not caring .
