Had an issue with our 420i Convertible, Jessie from service did a sterling job helping although it needed a part from the mainland so we had to go to Hobart BMW as we were on a Lap of Tassie. Jessie did everything he said he would and then we had to deal with Hobart - Jessie you need to go over there and train them on customer service is all I can say!
My BMWX3 windows required new tinting and Launceston BMW took care of it regardless of being unable to locate the original warranty details. The service was handled brilliantly to fit in with our time constraints we do not live in Launceston. It was a pleasure meeting Bryton Marsden who handled all the details. Roz & John

Top marks for professionalism, product knowledge and most importantly customer service. Ian and his team are just brilliant to deal with. Hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience I've had. These guys make sure there are no problems, only solutions. I purchased a fleet of motorcycles and was expecting all sorts of issues with a multi-vehicle deal. The reality, however, was that it could not have gone smoother. Even when one the bikes ordered had to be sourced from another dealer interstate, there was no fuss or stress. Quality people and quality service.
Great experience was greeted by the manager who walks the talk as she is also a tarmac rally driver and a motorbike rider. Was provided with a very nice cuppa and allowed to browse with no pressure at all. Will be back to buy soon.

Extreme Poor service, had contacted this dealership to book my BMW in for an airbag replacement, they take your details and promise to call you back but to date no one ever had, I had even contacted BMW Australia and they had contacted the Launceston dealership and said to me that they would give me a call, that was a month ago, still no call. So for four months in total I have tried to book my vehicle in and still no booking or even a phone call. The worst service Ever!!

Ian and the team at Launceston BMW made our first interstate car purchasing experience brilliant. The 2016 X5 M Sport they supplied was the BEST package overall of any similar car available in Australia. Ian’s customer service from the very first conversation was exceptional - you will find it extremely difficult to find anyone in the industry who does it better. When the time comes to upgrade again, we won’t hesitate to contact Ian FIRST. If you are in the market for a new/used BMW, I would strongly encourage you to do likewise.
Recently had my MINI serviced here. Purchased from Casey & I have once again received outstanding service from them & her at Launceston bmw. P.s. they have awesome coffee & timtams, friendly, outgoing people.
