This was my 4th Honda purchase but my first in Tasmania. I wanted an Accord, as before, but there is not a big demand for Accords in Tassie. Griffin Ellis was very helpful in assisting me in understanding the new features and I was very confident to purchase my new car. It even arrived a month before the due date. All the staff at Launceston Honda were genuinely friendly and very helpful. A great experience (especially the bottle of bubbly and chocolate).

Steve Orders from Launceston Honda was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to queries or problems. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a present of bubbles and chocolate when purchasing my vehicle and felt like a valued customer when picking it up. I would happily deal with Launceston Honda in the future.

No pressure, very friendly of course. We dealt with Edward who was amenable, respectful and very pleasant to deal with. They have won a customer if there is a next car.
