Tim was easy to deal with. Peter is one of the rudest people I’ve come across for a while. Your phone manner Peter is some what lacking to say the least. :edit: do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
Impossible to get a mod plate even when you pay for them to tell you what to get fixed on a car so it can be legal. If you're engineering your car, go elsewhere as it's just been a massive waste of time and money trying to meet their unrealistic demands that don't allign with ADR requirements.
Asked to have all oils, radiator fluid, diff, gearbox and brake lines flushed and refilled with fresh. Tune up. Cost $800+ and had to sit around when ready for pick up for 40 mins. Saw my usual mechanic couple days later for something, but told him what I had done. When I picked my car up, he said he checked my car, and Austune had not replaced and flushed the brakes, radiator, or changed any oils, but certainly charged me for it plus labour. Never going back ever again to them. They ripped me off big time.Service: Auto engine tuning
Very disappointed , i have given my car to fixed as they given me excuses everytime like we gonna see next week next week , they gave me excuses for at least 2 months. And after i have to see another mechanic because of their excuses, and another mechanic brad automotive Mowbray who fixed in 2 days . I wasted my money coz that was my work car , i had to pay rents for hired car just because of their lies . Do not recommend at all. One suggestion for Austune Automotive, please Do not take work if can’t do that job on time , just say to customer get checked from somewhere else .

Have always found Tim and his staff reliable honest trustworthy. Alway willing to stop and help you out of a spot of bother, highly recommend
Not impressed. Overcharged and poor workmanship. Had hydraulic levellers fitted to motorhome. Was quoted price for purchase and high price to fit, and 2 days to do job. Which did accept. Then it took 5 days, wanted to charge extra $300 and unsatisfactory finish. When checked job there was bolt not secured, 3 of 4 cylinders not mounted straight, scratches on near new motorhome, and oil stained carpet mats inside from dirty boots. I have photos.
