Called in yesterday to ask about my Isuzu canopy side window which had popped out. The gentlemen there worked on it for half an hour and managed to get it back in. I went to pay and they said no charge “WOW” thank you so much gentlemen for your wonderful service, your certainly a credit to your company. Thank you.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and on collection of my vehicle, they were honest to tell me that my original quote was in excess of what i needed to pay, so i was happy and grateful
I'm sure their work is good, but a local place quoted me $155 to replace a window. When i have the same details and dimensions to obrien, i was quoted $360, but they'd go to $300 as though that was a big discount. Glass Busters in Launceston if you need a glazier.
Enquired about a window replacement in a emergency and they say 24/7 but they said the earliest time would be in 24 days time which wouldnt help get our car back home, very poor service would not recommend to anyone notice all the negative reviews they just copy and paste a routine anwer. Don't advertise 24/7 if you can't do it.
Awesome Service came to my home and replaced my car windscreen highly recommend them.
Great business very helpful manager and staff
Didn't use this business as I couldn't get through to the launceston office to just get a quote for a 10 cent piece size chip repair.
Not bad for what it was and staff were pleasant enough, it could have been a little more comfortable simply because of the amount of time required to be there.
Very professional and I had my windscreen replaced within two hours of calling up. It was also a cheaper price than the 4 other places I called for a quote and they all would've had to order the windscreen in. Excellent service
