i went to the cake factory in malaga and we didnt know where it was located at first because it was behind all these trees, vans and we had to enter this little door that looked shady, we were debating on whether we were going to enter or not but then we just said lets do it because we “never judge a book by its cover,” but then when we entered there was barley any cakes on display to see and there was just things everywhere. when we came home we decided to check the reviews because once again it seemed EXTREMELY sketchy and all the reviews were terrible. at that point we were rethinking it but we already made a deposit so we just went with it. today its the 27 of december 2025, we went and picked up our cake and we kept it, then when it came time to cutting the cake it was soggy and wet, then when we were tasting it, it wasnt fondant like we asked. the icing was so HORRIBLE it tasted like cotton and someones shirt, never trusting a sketchy place ever i shouldve just trusted my gut and left, ill just stick to the cheesecake shop next time.

Ordered a Lemon Meringue it was like a custard tart not lemon curd. it had little to no lemon taste. On the plus side it was super well-presented and looked promising. 7 disappointed people including a chef. The order procedure online was smooth and easy, shame about the Merigue. Won't be rushing back.

The toblerone cheesecake was neither toblerone nor cheesecake. The cake was like a flan. Very gelatenous, no cream cheese whatsoever. Very disapointed. I was really looking forward to this, I won't order there ever again.

I  purchased a Red Velvet cake from Cake Factory in Malaga for my son's 6th birthday today, and unfortunately, it was a hugeeeeee disappointment. The cake looked promising, but the taste didn't match up. It was overly sweet, and the texture was far too dense, making it difficult to enjoy. Even the frosting lacked the classic tangy flavor you expect from a good Red Velvet cake—it just tasted like sugary butter.nnI expected better quality for a special occasion like my son's birthday. Sadly, this cake fell short of expectations, and I won't be returning to Cake Factory for future celebrations.nnUpdate:nThey gave us another cake to sort this issue and we didn't take any money refund.n-‐------------------------------------------------------
