Very very bad birthday cake,

I read the reviews about baby cakes shop and I thought they would do a great job on my son's birthday cake. It was a very bad experience.
The cake was totally different to the picture that I gave them. Way too small !!!
The cake was not tasty at all. They gave me a rock cake instead of sponge cake.
very very bad customer service specially it's manager. The way that they treat their customers is disgusting and unbelievable.
It is a shame that I've ordered a cake through them and I never ever do that again.

Very helpful and friendly staff and the cake turned out and tasted amazing. Would definitely recommend.
