Seriously delicious coffee probably best in Perth. And all the food on display looks good too. Will go back again & again & again.

Really good! We had the French toast with bacon, maple syrup and fresh fruit and the Classic Breakfast with perfect poached eggs and bacon. Would definitely make the trip again.

Ordered a tray of sandwiches/wraps plus cakes. They were really fresh, great variety and very tasty. Highly recommend The Buttery, beautiful food and great value.

Great little place.  Parking is v available around the back and is a bit of a walk - but the place and food was excellent.

Delicious food, and coffee. They use delicious coffee beans and the cream cheese bagels were lovely.
