Terrible customer service m from the Asian guy behind the till. Rolling eyes for customer questions while ignoring customers and talking with girls behind the counter. Food was good though
Just came for ice-cream this time. We each had a salted caramel ice-cream on the chocolate covered cone. It was so full of caramel flavour and we were each surprised to find there was so crunchy toffee pieces to top it off.
Went in 30min before close to be told no more waffles. Not a problem. Then ordered churros to be told I have to order take away and cannot dine in, eventhough there was still half an hour to go. Not good service. : Didn't end up ordering, second time I've been to this restaurant and second time negative experience.
I used to really love coming here but the quality has gone down a lot; last visit a month or so ago I got a snack pack and there were almost no churros in the pack it seemed equivalent to a mini snack pack amount. Tried to get some last night as they were having a free delivery deal; my order never arrived though I got a full refund that has yet to come back to me. Tried again tonight as I had cravings and part of my order was a mini original snack pack. Instead of strawberries and banana I got maybe five malteasers and five slices of banana with no chocolate sauce. To their credit when I went in and asked about it they remade it for me, however I am very disappointed and not sure I will give it another shot after all of this.
The asian guy behind the counter 7th jan 23. I would rather call him a ***t. He is him self an asian and the way he was talking to me was full of racism and rudeness. Dude, don't forget you are an asian. And have some compassion and treat everyone equally. Will not be step in this store again.
Never be boring at this place, yummy churros with milk choc dipping, and hot milk choc, and you can enjoy now with el classic package only $28 for 2 persons.
Loooooove this place... you always have room for dessert and churros are the best kind of dessert Also they do a killer hot chocolate!! Be my go to after dinner snack place for a long time..
I haven't had many churros but this place is so good. The chocolate, the churros, the decor are all mouthwatering. You wont regret this visit. Eat as mush as you can. And you will definitely want to go back.
