Absolutely terrible. A trap for overpriced, under quality food. A trap for visitors and patients who have no other choice. The bagels and sandwiches were around $14 each takeaway in a paper bag and were bland and very brief in their fillings. Customer service was terrible, not a pleasant exchange with any of the staff there.Food: 1/5
Bland food, mediocre coffee, uninspired menu, wickedly. overpriced, amateur staff , extremely rude and arrogant owners. Makes you wonder why people with zero people interaction and customer service skills ever get into retail/hospitality in the first place . Avoid at all costs.
$6.80 for a small soy cappuccino that was very ordinary. Luke warm. BLT on Turkish bread ... stale tough bread, 2 chunks of tomato, some spinach leaves and a slice of bacon. No butter, no mayo. $14.80 Terrible. Never again !!!
Coffee is way too hot the prices are too expensive . I'm all for supporting small businesses but not ones who take advantage . Will never return
How terribly rude is the man making coffee. I made the HUGE mistake of asking " is your coffee strong". Boy oh Boy he launched!!! a verbal attack. I was almost in tears, I had my friend with me who last week was told he has Stage 4 lung cancer, we were at the hospital for him to have a Biopsy. So not an already happy time for us however we were glad to be at hospital to start a journey of healthcare, and this ariogant Bulley ruined our otherwise positive thoughts. Thanks Mate. Mate, Australian for Friend and you Sir will Never be anyone's Mate with that attitude to customers. Susan Alkimos
If you gota go to hospital you should have a good coffee.Food: 4/5
Very rude, hostile and unfriendly. Tried to discuss because have previously enjoyed my visits, was talked down to, not listened to. Very sad as it has really become a not very welcoming place as it was previously. Kid-friendliness: Adult friendliness non existent so doubt there’ll be any kid friendliness!!!!
I have been a frequent visitor of Joondalup hospital for many years and this cafe is the worst cafe I have ever experience. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The food if there is anything availableand drinks are extremely over priced Terrible is too nice a word for this cafe.I would give a negative star rating if I could!
Bad bad bad coffee. I ordered a few times as it was the only place to get a coffee at the hospital and only once was served a decent coffee made by a male working there. The rest of times it went in the bin. Overpriced - even drinks in the fridge are way more than at the supermarket. Sometimes double the price. Way to exploit sick people and parents of premature babies in the hospital. Rude customer service. Don't know how they still operate to be honest.
Seriously what a horrible cafe this is. The staff are rude, the food is disgusting. $10 minimum. Have a good hard look at yourselves. You are in the surrounds of a hospital, sometimes you just want a coffee. Get with the times. I will never ve back and will spread the word. On a good note Buttery cafe over the road from the hospital was absolutely beautiful.
