The staff at Joondalup are lovely, great service and are consistent with their coffee quality. Great job guys!

Excellent coffee, muffins always look great, friendly staff!

Servers are always rude and don’t seem like they enjoy working there, got a hot chocolate and milk tasted sour and found a black hair in my egg and bacon slice.

Tried to find traces of coffee in this so called Cappuccino but failed. Totally disappointed, waste of time and money;

I go to this Muffin Break all the time and it never disappoints. The coffee is great and the staff are always lovely.

Absolutely loved the coffee and muffin. The muffin was fresh and the coffee was strong. The costumer service was excellent. They went all out to make sure my coffee was delivered with a smile :

Charged muffin and coffee price separately instead of the $7.50 deal as claimed by the franchise and in all the other stores. Service was decent, mocha way too sweet and muffin not that good. I"d suggest to go to other stores instead
