We loved our wedding event held at Branksome so much!nFrom the first day we arrived the rooftop where our wedding ceremony and reception will be, we loved the open and high views!nTo the menu tasting was amazing experience!nOn our wedding day was raining, plan changed to under cover, all our guests were enjoying outdoor and indoor!nSpecial thank you to Hannah our wedding event manager! Everything happened at our wedding was more than we could imagine!!nReally amazing place for celebration
Worst hotel I’ve stayed at near the airport.nnWasn’t offered the room under my name which was half the price of what I was supposed to pay, then had a room that had a broken shower, broken washing machine have a flight early in the morning and have to write a reviews just before midnight because my room was flooded after trying to contact the front desk for help and support over 9 times I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to check my room not good enough for the price I paid. Also don’t book expecting to use the sauna it’s broken and sundays they don’t have the rooftop bar open.
Spectacular would be an understatement. The space is breathtaking. The outdoor rooftop garden is the icing on the cake for any event the sunset view and night sky frames the space.The canapés were original, delicious. The main course food was tender and comforting which is rare at venues who cater for such large groups. Then there are gorgeous rooms and facilities. Having your wedding birthday or function here you will know it’s going to be a 10 star event with live band Photo Booth and high class decor.
The Branksome Hotel is an excellent spot for relaxation and unwinding. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the restaurant offers great value for money. The breakfast, in particular, is both delicious and satisfying. However, it's important to note that the hotel is located near the airport, so occasional noise from passing planes might be heard. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for comfort and quality.
The stay it’s self was great.nHowever I noticed I left my handbag in the room when I arrived to the airport the next morning and rang the hotel. They had found my bag and said they will send it they just need my details. I replied the same day and didn’t hear back for three months. I have tried contacting the office via email and phone call and I either get hung up on or ignored via email. Rang again and they said yes we have your hand bag. I already knew this information can I please have it sent to me. To which I was hung up on again and now my phone calls aren’t being answered.
