During our 4-night stay, my partner and I found the hotel to be very good. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and the hotel and rooms were clean. The room had a cozy and simple design that was not tiring. The lighting in the room was well-done and relaxing.nHowever, we did encounter a small issue with room service - we had to request for our room to be cleaned each time. This happened consistently over our stay, requiring us to call reception for assistance. Additionally, there was no plug in the bathroom, which was quite baffling.nOn a positive note, the location is perfect, with everything you need located nearby.
Excellent hotel, rooms great, foyer on the top level. Great spot to wait before your flights if you've checked out. It's like your own personal flight lounge.nnEasy walk to the airport or they have a shuttle.nnGood food and drink options available too.nEasy parking and access.
Lovely place. It’s right next to the airport, but beside that the rooms are really clean smell refreshing, its really roomy you could dance in there. The staff are also the sweetest, really loving, but the best part of it all is the view from the bar/ restaurant. I would 100% stay there again. Also they got Its really breath taking. not if you are afraid of highs real good music playing. Very chill. So if you look for a hotel that is making u feel at home go for it.
I have returned numerous times to this lovely airport connect hotel. The staff led by Div, the manager, made the stay feel like home. Grace has been really kind and gave good recommendations and Noah has been very kind to bring me around to view the place and went to the extra mile to get extra blankets for the kids.nnI just had a surgery on my shoulder and Div & Grace just upgraded me to the handicapped friendly room for the ease of showering. I spilled some nasty sweet and sour soup, the cleaning crew just helped me to clean up with no complaints.nnIt would definitely be THE place to stay for me whenever I go back to Sydney.nnThe customers were usually busy people in our lives and were all considerate and friendly. No rowdy and nasty ones that I have met in travel days.
I first visited this hotel when it was newly opened several years ago. It's changed hands since then and the new owner is not maintaining it as well - there are signs of wear everywhere. Even so - its still a great hotel for an airport stay.nnThe business class rooms are the best - good space and airport views. The premium economy rooms are compact but perfect for an overnight stay and usually reasonably priced.nnSuper easy to walk to T2 or T3. You'll need a taxi or shuttle for international. Citadines shuttle sucks - best to book an Uber or taxi.
