Great location hotel. 1 min walk to arrivals / departure international terminal.nRooms have black out curtains so can sleep in the day. Service was great. The gentlemen at reception gave me early check in which was really appreciated.nOnly criticism is and I really hope they go back to their previous policy - to provide a bottle of water in the room. The hotel isn’t cheap so it’s an expectation that guests would have so it’s a big disappointment when they don’t provide it. I expect only tap water in a cheap motel.nThe informal restaurant on site is very good.
Stayed here for a recent trip. This hotel is very conveniently located just outside the international terminal and the train station. It’s ideal if you’re having an overnight connection to another flight. The rooms are looking worn now but I think they’re starting to refurbish the rooms. The service is great although the experience with the initial person during check-in could be improved. Before the trip, I had been advised to book the Superior rooms so that we could have connecting rooms. We paid extra for these rooms and made a note and followed up by email to control connecting rooms. When we arrived, the person checking us in informed us that are rooms were not connecting and the were no available connecting rooms. Luckily the manager was nearby and she overheard the conversation. She intervened and sorted a connecting room for us. We also ordered a roll away bed and the person who sent it to our room was also very helpful with sorting out the connecting doors.
Went over for a few drinks before my flight the service was absolutely amazing, great friendly staff. Especially Aishwarya she’s very polite and respectful. Her customer awareness is on point. The bartenders was skilled and very polite.nWill definitely recommend this venue.
After a delayed night flight arrival was so happy to just have to walk 2 minutes to the hotel. Check-in with Biddhu welcoming and fast. King suite comfy and clean - with a quiet and good aircon system. Had a great sleep the most important factor for me.nBar had a great buzz. Didn’t do breakfast, but soy caps delicious. Best part was that it was only 2 minutes to get to trains the next morning. Perfect travellers hotel.
Overnight stay for international connection. Front desk staff friendly and helpful, thank you ladies! Upgraded to airport view and king bed at minimal cost. Even the cleaning staff were smiling and friendly. Great views thru clean large window. Very comfy bed, clean facilities, good shower. Met fellow travellers in the Cloud bar, fair prices. Ate at the hotel, yes, a little expensive but delicious, well cooked and easy. Takeaway leftovers made for a handy, sort of free, breakfast. No complaints, I recommend.
