Stayed a night there and absolutely loved this quaint quality hotel.nWalking distance to Domestic Airport and a short drive or shuttle service too the international airport.nCustomer service was very professional and welcoming.nRooms were very clean and comfortable.nBed was firm and nice too sleep in.nThe buffet breakfast was very good,hot and cold food to select from.nIt was your basic staple foods and very sufficient.nThank you to the staff for their hospitality and service, always had smiles on there faces.nHighly recommended.
We needed to overnight near the airport for the final leg of our journey. So well located. We used Sydney Super Shuttle to het to terminals. Reception are able to book these and take payments. Perfectly good clean and comfortable room. The dining/reception area was pleasant enough. Good simple tasty food for dinner. Breakfast was included.
We stayed here for a long weekend in December. We have had great experiences with the Holiday Inn Express in NZ which is why we stayed there in SYD too. Overall the stay was okay but 4 things were noted while we stayed: the lift always took at least a 5 minute wait, the sheets were stained which wasn’t great, we kept getting one towel even though we paid for two people and then the breakfast could definitely be improved. Bacon could be cooked more as well as the eggs - it would also be good to get some more variety like they have in NZ. Staff were friendly though which was great!
Loved our stay here! Decent sized rooms, clean and well equipped. The free breakfast was great - limited options but surely tasty food! The scrambled eggs and croissants are my favourite.
Disappointing Stay - AC Issues IgnorednnI recently stayed at this property and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon checking in at 11 PM, I discovered the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. I immediately contacted maintenance, but the issue was not resolved.nnThe next day, I reported the problem at the front desk. However, instead of addressing my concerns, the staff seemed dismissive and uninterested. They repeatedly stated that they were aware of the issue but offered no solutions or apologies.nnThis experience significantly impacted my stay and left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I would not recommend this hotel to others due to their poor customer service and lack of attention to guest concerns.nnAs we are paying 250$ per night, it should be given consideration for customer
