Lovely fully equipped rooms.nBut, the staff for room service are not very helpful.nIce cold showers. Travelled back home, 15 hours flight, including travel to and from airports with no shower! nTV WiFi was never sorted.
Booked a 2 bedroom unit for the night we arrived back in Australia on our way back to NQ. We had a very spacious unit on the 3rd floor with separate bathrooms and a full kitchen with ability to cook if we wished too. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean and comfortable. Less than 10 minutes to the domestic airport and about 15 to the international, its very convenient.
First time. Oct 2023. My sister and I stayed in a king twin suite. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. We enjoyed the gym, spa, sauna, pool. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed 4N. Would def stay again.
I think this is by far one of the best places I have stayed at.nnThey have a gym, swimming pool and a spa. Their suites are spacious with a lot of amenities included. Staff overall were amazing and cooperative.nnDefinitely recommend it to anyone going to Sydney. Plus, it’s a only a stop away from the Airport using the Train
We rented a 3 bedroom suite for a family of 6 before an international departure in the morning. The suites are conveniently located near both the domestic and international removals with a shuttle service as well. There is a cafe downstairs which is accessible from within and provides coffee and breakfast options. The rooms were clean and well appointed. There is ample parking as well if required. Finally it is only a couple of blocks away from a major shopping and restaurant hub which is convenient for groceries and dinners.
