I have shopped here several times over the last couple of years.  Always found the staff to be helpful and not expensive - they offer you alternatives rather than trying to sell you the most expensive item first.  Often had a job done on the spot rather than have to leave my bike - although I  have been prepared to do so.  Love them being so close to Intercity Bike track too -so you can cycle in for what you want....

Always friendly and helpful and generous and fair. Unlike some other stores, they cater for anyone and everyone who bikes.
