I asked the young woman with long blonde hair (tied back) standing at the front of the store near the entrance, which aisle torches are in. She said 59. I walked up to aisle 59 and looked. There was nothing like that there. I walked back and checked with her. Again she said 59. (Going from the piece of paper in front of her). I went back to have another look to make sure I hadn't overlooked anything. I still didn't see any torches. I had to walk around as no other staff were available. Eventually after 20 minutes, I found the torches are in aisle 50.

On Friday 10/11/17 I purchased a hose fitting @ Howard Road Store. First I must say that the salesman who helped me was most helpful, & went to much trouble to find what I was needing. {His name was Aron. I think} I initially shopped in Isle 31. By contrast my experience on Monday 13/11/17 when I went to exchange said fitting, was appalling. I explained to the girl at the door of the garden department that I wanted to exchange the fitting & as I could not find what I needed on the previous Monday, maybe I could get a refund.. She asked me to wait by the check out & the cashier would help me. This I did for some time, Then she suggested I wait in the que. Which I might add was getting longer whilst I had been waiting.. Finally after waiting some more & approaching the check out at a snail's pace, the same girl told me that I must go to the end of the corridor to the exchange department & they could not help me here. I almost burst into tears. I am almost 90 years old & after standing for so long I was exhausted, & the thought of walking to the end of the building seemed formidable. I wonder what has happened to service?????? Is the staff @ the entrance not trained properly. Surely she should have pointed me to the exchange department in the first instance. I assure you that if I ever shop @ Bunnings again, it will not be willingly. & not for a very long time.

Excellent place for all your hardware, garden needs with very friendly team members. The Electrical section is huge and offers a good selection of electrical fittings, interior light fitting, exterior light fittings and a wide selection of Solar lights. It has A/C units, Ixl tastics and other brands for the bathroom + exhaust fans and ceiling fans. The team members in that section are knowledgeable and will help in selecting your electrical needs. On top of all this there is a cafe and a kids play area and on the weekends bunnings runs a kids clinic which the kids can do an activity whilst mum and dad shop.

A great bunnings. Plenty of parking and never a shortage of trolleys. Staff know where everything is and are more than happy to help you. I spend too much time here haha
