Great customer service! While I paid for the windows, their other staff had placed them safely in my car.
Wanted a quote for windows and they didn't bother to get back to me even after an email. They lost out on a $20000 deal.
Went to buy plywood amongst other things. All the timber was great quality, with a huge range. Easy parking and loading facilities. They cut what I needed to size and helped me load the trailer. Really friendly and helpful staff on all occasions. Love these guys.

Ordinary to say the least, the fellow behind the counter had no knowledge, experience or ability to help, source or even advise about some simple framing for the job we had in mind, we were told to go to mitre ten instead? What a way to run what is clearly a struggling business

It pays to visit this store if you are after building materials. Good prices and range. Yes they do have recycled materials. They can organise delivery and even cutting for you. Great service!
Great advice and good prices. They have new and recycled building materials. If you tell them what your making they'll go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need for as cheap as possible.

If I could put a zero I would. After being advised there was stock, we hired a trailer only to be advised the following day that there was NO stock only a display item. Was not prepared to take down & sell the display item. Stock up gentlemen, obviously you don't need the business.
